This policy describes how MedOp ("we," "us") handles information collected through the medop.io website. It covers this marketing site only. The MedOp platform at app.medop.io is governed by separate customer agreements, including Business Associate Agreements where applicable.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. If you request a demo or email us, we receive what you submit — typically your name, work email, practice name, phone number, and practice size.
- Usage data. We use Vercel Analytics, a cookieless analytics service that collects aggregate page-view statistics. It does not track you across sites and we do not use advertising cookies or trackers on this site.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and reliability.
This website does not collect or store protected health information (PHI). Please do not include patient information in demo requests or emails.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule demos, and follow up about MedOp. We use aggregate usage data to understand how the site is used and improve it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who we share it with
Demo requests and emails are delivered and stored using our service providers: Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email delivery), and our email inbox provider. These providers process data on our behalf to operate the site. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Retention
We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to handle the conversation and for reasonable business records. You can ask us to delete your inquiry data at any time.
Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted through this site by emailing info@medop.io. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is intended for medical professionals and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
