Pricing questions

What practices ask before they buy

How much does MedOp cost?

MedOp is quoted per practice rather than published as a flat list price, because cost depends on how many providers you have and which pods you turn on. There are three plans: Starter for solo and small practices, Practice for growing multi-provider practices, and Group for multi-location groups and billing companies. Book a demo and we will price your practice on the call.

Do you charge per agent or per module?

No. Every plan includes whole pods rather than individual agents. Starter includes all six Clinical agents and all six Revenue agents. Practice includes all four pods plus the supervisor layer, 27 agents in total. Turning on another agent inside a pod you already have does not change your price.

Is there a per-provider charge?

Starter covers up to two providers. Practice and Group cover unlimited providers, so adding a clinician does not change your plan.

Do I have to replace my EHR to use MedOp?

No. MedOp runs alongside your existing EHR with bidirectional sync, so your EHR stays the system of record and you keep your current workflows.

Is HIPAA compliance an extra cost?

No. Every plan includes a signed Business Associate Agreement, a HIPAA audit trail, encrypted backups, and per-agent kill switches. No plan hides security features behind an enterprise paywall.

Which plan should a solo practice choose?

Starter. It covers one location and up to two providers and includes the full Clinical and Revenue pods, which means ambient charting, grounded ICD-10 coding, and automated claims, plus the HIPAA audit trail and bidirectional EHR sync.
